trust...

i have yet to tell you about the mediation i did with my wonderful... inspiring... lovely yoga teacher i had in new york, back in october......

first of all i have to tell you that i was never one for mediation.... but the three sessions i did with ursula were...... indescribable. (runners-high / yoga-high times a million. and if you have never had one of those then there is no way to describe it........) i love experiencing what i can do only with my breath and my body (one of the reasons why i like yoga so much). i realized that all i actually need is my breath.

to make a long story short........ i realized that i can fully trust the universe.
